Marcy L. Street, MD, FAAD
Dr. Marcy L. Street is a board certified dermatologist, medical director, and Mohs surgeon. She graduated from The University of Illinois College of Medicine. She did her residency at Mayo Clinic and thereafter a fellowship in Mohs skin cancer surgery, an intense year-long training, at the University of Wisconsin. She is a proud member of many associations including the American College of Mohs Surgery, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Academy of Dermatology, and the American Society of Mohs Surgery.
Dr. Street is the founder of Doctor’s Approach Skin and Hair Care Products. Dr. Street specializes in prevention, diagnoses, and the treatment of skin cancer and high risk patients. She is trained in MelaFind, dermoscopy, and polarized light techniques. She treats cosmetic patients for stubborn facial veins, Botox, Sculptra, Juvederm and other fillers. She also treats patients with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) for hair re-growth, anti-aging and sexual wellness, including the O and the Priapus shots.

Bishr Al Dabagh, MD, FAAD
Dr. Bishr Al Dabagh is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. He attended the University of Michigan’s Honors Scholar Program, graduating with three degrees: Honors Biology, Honors Mass Media Communication, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology with a minor in chemistry. Dr. Al Dabagh received his medical training at Case Western Reserve University, where he graduated at top of his class with Alpha Omega Alpha distinction. He completed his dermatology residency at the prestigious Duke University Medical Center. This was followed by additional subspecialty training in procedural dermatology at the University of California San Francisco’s Dermatologic Surgery and Laser Center. During his time at the University of California he received advanced training in Mohs micrographic surgery and cosmetic dermatology. He focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers, Mohs micrographic surgery, reconstruction, and medical dermatology.
P. Kim Phillips, MD, FAAD
Dr. P. Kim Phillips is a board certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon. She graduated from University of Michigan Medical School, in Ann Arbor, MI. She did her residency at Mayo Clinic and thereafter a fellowship in Cutaneous Micrographic Surgery and Oncology at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN. Dr. Phillips is a member of: American Academy of Dermatology, American College of Mohs Surgery, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, North Central Cancer Treatment Group, O’Leary Society and the International Transplant Skin Cancer Collaborative.
As a board certified dermatologist, Dr. Phillips focuses on dermatologic surgery and is fellowship-trained in Mohs micrographic surgery, reconstruction after skin cancer surgery and excision of melanoma. Dr. Phillips is also skilled in cosmetic dermatology, including care of sun damaged skin and wrinkles, filler and Botox injections, as well as laser surgery, including treatment for vascular lesions, brown spots and facial rejuvenation.

Allison J. Brown, MD
Dr. Allison Brown is a board certified dermatologist and a board certified dermatopathologist. She did her dermatology residency at Medical College of Georgia, and her dermatopathology fellowship at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She received her Doctor of Medicine from Medical College of Ohio, Toledo OH. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from John Carroll University. Dr. Brown is a proud member of many associations including American Academy of Dermatology and American Society of Dermatopathology.
Dr. Brown specializes in surgical and general medical dermatology such as rashes, warts, acne, hair loss, eczema, as well as prevention, diagnoses, and treatment of skin cancer. Dr. Brown also is very knowledgeable in psoriasis, she did a psoriasis clinical trials fellowship at Case Western Reserve University.
Rawn E. Bosley, MD
Dr. Rawn E. Bosley is a board certified dermatologist, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Howard University. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and was the Chief Resident in Dermatology at Wayne State University during his residency. Dr. Bosley is a proud member of many associations including the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Bosley specializes in surgical and general medical dermatology such as rashes, warts, acne, hair loss, eczema, psoriasis, pediatric and sports dermatology as well as prevention, diagnoses, and treatment of skin cancer. Dr. Bosley is also trained in MelaFind, dermoscopy, and polarized light techniques. He also treats cosmetic patients with Botox, Juvederm and other fillers. He also treats patients with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) for hair re-growth, anti-aging and sexual wellness, including the O and the Priapus shots.
Christina Inman, FNP-BC, DCNP
Christina Inman, FNP-BC, DCNP is the first dermatology certified nurse practitioner in Michigan. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with her B.S.N. from Colorado State University-Pueblo. She received her M.S.N. from Michigan State University. She has several years of dermatology experience. She specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology and sees patients for general skin conditions of all skin types. She is trained in MelaFind, Blu Light, UVB, lasers, and skin cancer treatment and prevention. She is surgically trained and skilled in dermatologic surgery and procedures. She treats cosmetic patients with Botox, Juvederm, and other fillers. She also treats patients with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) for hair restoration, anti-aging and sexual wellness, including the O and the Priapus shots.
Mary Murray, FNP-BC
Mary Murray, FNP-BC is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Mary graduated with her B.S.N. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received her M.S.N. from Michigan State University. Mary has been practicing nursing since 2009. She performed her nurse practitioner clinical training preceptorship here at Doctor’s Approach and has been a board certified Nurse Practitioner since 2014. Mary is trained in acne, warts, as well as polarized light techniques such as BLU-U blue light therapy and UVB. Mary also treats cosmetic patients with Botox.

Stacey Olivier, PA-C
Stacey Olivier , PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Health Science from Alma College, in Michigan. She then went on to complete her Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Central Michigan University. She joined Doctors Approach in 2007 but moved out of state in 2010 for her husband’s career. After working in dermatology in both Georgia and Alabama, she and her family were able to move back home to Michigan where she re-joined Doctors Approach in 2017. She enjoys providing care for patients of all ages and all aspects of general dermatology, as well as performing procedures.Stacey is certified in the state of Michigan and nationally by the National Commission on Certification for Physician Assistants. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants as well a member of the Michigan Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Natacia Hanson, PA-C
Natacia Hanson, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant. She received her Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Michigan State University. She then went on to complete her Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Wayne State University. She has several years of dermatology experience and specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology. She is highly skilled in skin cancer detection and sees patients for general skin conditions of all skin types. She is also surgically trained and skilled in dermatologic surgery and procedures. Natacia enjoys helping patients refresh their appearance with the use of lasers, dermal fillers, Botox, and Kybella. She is an avid believer in patient education and enjoys teaching about skin care and anti-aging therapies. Natacia is an active member of Michigan Dermatology Physician Assistants, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Assistants.
